Job Summary:

The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. This includes acting as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers, as well as supervising site staff and providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range
  • Act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers
  • Coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or the equivalent
  • OR Must have 2+ years of Security Supervisor experience or the equivalent
  • OR Must have 3+ years of Security experience or the equivalent
  • Driving Position: must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required
  • Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work outdoors in the elements
