About This Opportunity

At Caliber Collision Centers, we're seeking a skilled Body Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are repaired to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble vehicles to assess damage and prepare repair plans
  • Plan and execute repairs, including welding, sanding, and painting
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including welders and sanders
  • Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
