Job Overview

Loma Linda University Medical Center is seeking a qualified Clinical Nurse Seasonal to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect age-specific and developmentally appropriate quality patient-centered care with minimal supervision.
  • Prioritize, coordinate, and document patient care in accordance with established Professional Practice Model (Duffy's Quality Caring Theory).
  • Perform the nursing process (assessment, care planning, intervention, evaluation) in a skills mix environment.
  • Delegate tasks to unlicensed staff in accordance with scope of practice.
  • Apply theoretical concepts to clinical practice and continually expand knowledge base and clinical skills.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or Diploma Degree in Nursing required.
  • Minimum one year experience required in acute care or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) within the last two years.
  • Completion of Basic Arrhythmia Recognition and Treatment course or equivalent required.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
