Job Title: Patient Care Technician

Job Summary:

Sparta Community Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care and support services to ensure the highest quality patient outcomes.

Pay Range:

The salary for this position ranges from $41,000 to $50,000 per year, based on your level of experience and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff
  • Collect specimens and answer patient call signals
  • Assist with feeding, dressing, and grooming patients
  • Communicate with patients and families to ensure their needs are met

You will work closely with our nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care and support the overall mission of Sparta Community Hospital.

Requirements:
  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a full-time position with a 72-hour workweek, including every other weekend and rotating holidays. You will be required to complete an orientation program and participate in ongoing training and education opportunities.
