Wine Program Overview

At Solage, we are seeking a highly skilled Wine Sommelier to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain a comprehensive wine list that showcases a diverse selection of wines from around the world
* Provide exceptional wine service to guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining experience
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement the wine program strategy
* Lead and direct the execution of guest service standards within wine and beverage operations
* Maintain the integrity of the wine program through regular quality checks
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments through ongoing education and training

**Requirements:**

* Strong knowledge of wine, including wine regions, grape varieties, and wine-making techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
