Job Description

This speech therapy role involves providing direct services to adult and geriatric patients, aiming to help them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Documenting patient progress and outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • A Georgia Speech Language Pathologist license
