We're seeking a skilled Staffing Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing the full recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them in roles that match their skills and our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Post job ads on multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Client Relations:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide clients with regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate availability.
- Candidate Management:
- Match candidates to appropriate roles based on their skills, experience, and career goals.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing thorough job and company information.
- Follow up with candidates post-interview to provide feedback and manage the hiring process.
- Onboarding & Compliance:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates, including background checks, references, and documentation.
- Ensure all candidates are compliant with legal requirements and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of candidate details in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Check ins and Network:
- Availability to regularly conduct check-ins and travel as needed.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs to attract potential candidates.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related field, preferably within a staffing agency.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
