Job Overview
LB&B Associates Inc. is a leading provider of program security services, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Security Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure operation of our programs, adhering to strict government guidelines and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and ensure compliance with DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and related Industrial Security Guidance Manuals or Special Program Security directives
Provide security guidance on program operations
Develop, obtain approval for, and implement security policies, procedures, and documentation specific to the program
Create, update, and administer security education, training, and awareness programs
Conduct self-inspections and recommend corrective actions
Participate in Government Inspections and implement corrective actions
Perform program administrative tasks, including personnel processing, visitor control, investigations, and TS Accountability
Maintain working relationships with internal and external customers, peers, and senior management across multiple program sites and business units
Assist in presentation preparation for program status and reviews
Evaluate and maintain compliance with applicable government and company regulations
Manage special access program facility administration in accordance with ICD 705 requirements

Requirements
US Citizenship
Existing TOP SECRET Clearance with an SSBI within the last 5 years
Excellent interpersonal, communication, computer, writing skills, and professional image
Refined teaming skills and understanding of team concepts
Able to multi-task, work independently, and display tact, discretion, and diplomacy
Ability to travel on company business

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Special Program Environments and understanding of government guidance
Security-related certification and training courses
Experience with SIMS and JPAS databases
Working knowledge of Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG)

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience preferred
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
