About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Educational Specialist to join our team in Plainwell, MI. As a key member of our educational staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to students across two buildings.

Responsibilities:

  • Caseload Management: Service students with diverse needs, conducting initial evaluations, 504 plans, and reevaluations as needed.
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Participate in Child Study Team meetings and contribute to Manifestation Determination Reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Certification/Licensure: Possess relevant certification/licensure for the role of an Educational Specialist.
  • Experience and Skills: Minimum 1+ years of experience working in school settings, with strong commitment to supporting students' educational and emotional needs.
