We are seeking a Senior Care Provider to join our team at Maxwell Group. This is a full time and part time opportunity.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering person-centered care based on the needs and interests of residents and members while preserving their dignity and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, transporting, and transfers.
  • Escort residents to scheduled programming and participate in outings and/or day trips.
  • Take and record vital signs and weights as ordered or required by regulations.
  • Participate in and attend all in-service training and education programs as scheduled.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • State Certification as a Nursing Assistant.
  • Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
  • Two years' experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
