Responsibilities
  • Coordinate ALS and BLS Field Operations, establishing clear goals and deadlines for field staff and conducting quality assurance and control.
  • Update and implement Standard Operating Procedures for ALS & BLS.
  • Lead meetings, facilitate interdepartmental communication, and ensure company objectives are met.
  • Generate statistics using Excel spreadsheets, discipline and terminate staff as needed, investigate incidents and accidents, coordinate EMS field logistics, purchasing and inventory control, corporate compliance, and customer service issue resolution.
Requirements
  • An associate degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to navigate databases.
  • Two or more years of supervisory/management experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the Ambulance and Transportation Services Industry, Healthcare Industry, is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential.
