Job Title: Director of Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our dynamic team at the Best Western Plus University Inn & Conference Center.

Job Summary

The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share, revenue, and RevPAR performance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving revenue goals and will be able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns

Requirements
  • 3+ years of hotel sales experience
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
