Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our supply chain leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of business plans and strategies to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement business plans and strategies to drive operational excellence
  • Oversee the management of systems hardware and software, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in supply chain operations, providing guidance and support to colleagues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and implement solutions
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Logistics
  • 0-1 years of full-time relevant experience (excludes internship and research-based roles)
  • Expected graduation date between December 2024-August 2025
  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program currently
