Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Broad River Rehab. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, federal and NC state employment law, and experience with employee benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and provide ongoing training and support.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a compliance role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, federal and NC state employment law.
  • Experience with employee benefits administration, including FMLA.
  • Intermediate level experience with MS Word and Excel.
