  1. Developing and implementing individualized care plans for consumers.
  2. Providing daily care and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  3. Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
  4. Distributing medications according to each consumer's medication schedule.
  5. Assisting with meal preparation, cleaning, and other household tasks.
