We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Professional to join our team at the Masonic Cancer Clinic, one of the nation's top cancer research centers. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting providers and patients during their clinic visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor clinic schedules and greet patients as they arrive
  • Guide patients to their examination room and collect pertinent medical information for their health records
  • Partner with healthcare teams to deliver an outstanding patient experience

As a Clinical Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative and inclusive team dedicated to providing life-saving care to people with cancer. Our team is committed to innovation and excellence in healthcare, and we are seeking motivated individuals who share our values.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service, public relations, and interpersonal skills. They will be able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and follow protocol-specific care delivery expectations. If selected for hire, compensation and job classification will be individually determined based on the candidate's specific background, including licensure, certifications, and experience level.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule, Monday through Friday. The location is 909 Fulton St. SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455. We offer a sign-on bonus to qualified applicants.
