Key Responsibilities:

As our Master Maintenance Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our facility. Your responsibilities will extend beyond mere scheduling, as you plan maintenance activities, considering both short-term needs and long-term goals. You will balance preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and reactive repairs, keeping costs in check. Your work will contribute to our ability to provide affordable food to consumers.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma, GED or International equivalent
  • Substantial related work experience, including high-level experience with SAP-PM maintenance planning software
  • Ability to quickly develop an in-depth working knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes, workflows, and procedures
  • Ability to effectively motivate, communicate, delegate, negotiate, and train, and achieve results through others
  • Strong technical aptitude
