Logistics Coordinator

Nexeo Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Provo, UT.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, familiarity with shipping software, and previous experience in shipping.

This Logistics Coordinator position involves consistently meeting or exceeding expected accuracy for small package shipments.

Achieving or surpassing turnaround times for processing and shipping small packages is also crucial.

Special attention must be given to expedited shipments and Amazon orders, ensuring Sales Orders "ORD" requests are handled promptly.

• Utilize accounting and shipping software to process orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Generate and provide all required paperwork, such as packing slips and invoices, when needed.
• Pull "Will Call" orders with precision and notify the appropriate sales associate upon completion.
• Address any small packaging concerns or questions by proactively communicating with your Shipping Supervisor.
• Collaborate with the Shipping Supervisor and team members to identify and address any back-order issues.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating computers and shipping software for various shipping tasks.

• Previous experience in shipping is highly desirable.
• Ability to read, understand, and adhere to safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
• Must be able to lift heavy items, ranging from 80 to 100 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to improving efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks.
