Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned B2B Account Executive / Account Manager with at least 3 years' experience selling high-volume Business Services to join our team at Red Frog Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute lead generation and prospecting strategies to maintain a robust pipeline of prospect accounts.
  • Qualify, research, track, and develop leads into viable opportunities, utilizing strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Create compelling business cases, proposals, and presentations for sales opportunities, effectively communicating value to clients.
  • Negotiate the terms of agreements and close sales, driving revenue growth for the company.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in document management sales.
  • A strong hunter mentality, with the ability to prospect and sell into new account opportunities.
  • Driven to succeed and excel, with a passion and enthusiasm for the business.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proven record of exceeding quota in previous positions, demonstrating the ability to win competitive account sales.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 base, plus $50,000 commission ($125,000 OTE), offering a competitive compensation package.
