**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an exceptional Physical Therapist to join our team. As a licensed physical therapist, you will assume responsibility for delivering high-quality physical therapy services within a framework of interdisciplinary collaboration and consultation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and administer customized physical therapy treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to gather additional patient information and contribute to the development, implementation, and revision of therapy treatment programs and Plans of Treatment.
  • Create conditioning and rehabilitation programs aligned with physicians' Plans of Treatment and the overall objectives of the patient/rehab team, adjusting treatments as necessary to achieve optimal results.

**Requirements:**

  • A Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the American Physical Therapy Association and the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Physical Therapy Association).
  • PT licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • One year's experience in hospital or home health, preferably.
