Senior Litigation Attorney

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is a national creditor rights law firm seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Attorney to join our team in Foxboro, MA. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and filing legal pleadings, motions, and discovery in furtherance of active litigation files.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil procedure, debt collection, and high-volume litigation. You will be expected to communicate effectively with team members and outside parties, analyze and process litigation inventory reports, and comply with all client and firm standard operating procedures.

• Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Analyze and process litigation inventory reports
• Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties
• Comply with all client and firm standard operating procedures

• Admission to practice law in the state of Massachusetts
• Admission or ability to waive into the state of Rhode Island
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite

• Minimum of one year of litigation/trial experience
• Working knowledge of civil procedure
• Debt collection experience
