Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing all technical aspects of garment production, ensuring products meet our quality and functionality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production process to achieve high-quality results, including fabric testing, audits, and safety standards compliance.
  • Develop creative solutions to ensure long-term compliance with manufacturers' requirements.
  • Liaise with designers, buyers, and suppliers to provide technical guidance on new product development and garment construction.
  • Oversee grading and tolerance rules, as well as sampling processes to ensure accuracy, speed, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role, including multi-product experience.
  • Exceptional understanding of garment construction, quality control, and fabric technology/testing.
  • Proven experience working directly with manufacturers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement solutions.
  • Excellent time-management skills, prioritizing tasks and being flexible.
  • Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Outlook and Excel.

Compensation:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
