Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator Assistant

About the Role:
The Addison Group is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join their team on a Contract-to-Hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in Paylocity to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the Paylocity HRIS platform, ensuring accurate data entry and system updates.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, coordinating new hire paperwork, and managing employee profiles in Paylocity.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and communication with vendors.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and payroll in a timely manner.
  • Generate and analyze reports from Paylocity to support HR initiatives and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of HR programs, including training, engagement, and performance management initiatives.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of HR Support
  • Manufacturing industry preferred but not required
  • HS Diploma
  • Experience in MS Office Suites and Paylocity

Compensation:$24-26 per hour.
Work Environment:Fully onsite in Hodgkins, IL, Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm.
