Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at Delta Physician Placement

  • Salary: $123K-$170K with annual merit increases to 7%
  • Relocation: $30K
  • Sign on: 10% of base salary
  • Retention bonus: 10% of base salary at 2 years
  • Student Loan Repayment: through NHSC - ISH
  • CME: $4K + 40 Hours
  • PTO: 10 hours per pay period (400 hours can be banked or paid out yearly)

Responsibilities and Facility Details

Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at Delta Physician Placement

  • Collaborative consultation in Primary Care
  • Provider will consult with other providers regarding patient care
  • Providers will briefly meet and consult directly with referred patients.
  • Consults will determine the type of psychiatric treatment for each patient and if they will be managed in a Primary Care or outpatient behavioral health setting
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm

Qualifications and Skills

Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at Delta Physician Placement

  • 2+ Years experience
  • Current Certification or will be certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or American Nurse Credentialing Center, (NP) with added qualifications in psychiatry.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a multi-disciplinary setting, with prescriptive privileges OR successful completion of a behavioral health clinical rotation
  • Must be eligible for DEA certification
