Multimedia Content Specialist

Podcast Space Plus is seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Content Specialist to join our team.

• Video Recording and Management

• Duties include:
  1. Operating camera systems during recording, ensuring proper framing, color, focus, and image clarity throughout the shoot.
  2. Managing file storage, labeling, and backup to ensure easy access and retrieval of recordings.
  3. Ensuring the highest quality video capture, keeping in mind color management, focus settings, and exposure adjustments.

• Lighting and Set Design

• Duties include:
  1. Implementing basic lighting techniques to enhance visual appeal, create a professional atmosphere, and minimize shadow and glare.
  2. Assisting with simple set design adjustments as needed, including positioning and arranging furniture, props, and decor to suit each recording.
  3. Understanding and applying lighting basics, such as key light, fill light, and backlighting, to achieve flattering and consistent lighting conditions.

• Audio and Sound Setup

• Duties include:
  1. Setting up and monitoring basic audio equipment, ensuring all microphones are appropriately placed and tested to capture clear sound.
  2. Conducting sound checks, troubleshooting audio issues, and coordinating with audio engineers as needed to ensure quality audio capture during video podcasting.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
