Therapeutic Support Professional

We are hiring a Therapeutic Support Professional to work with children with autism in a clinical, school, and/or home setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, plus an attractive benefits package, including up to 90% off higher education and test preparation, and industry-leading benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for children with autism.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapeutic care to clients in a home, school, clinic, and/or community setting to implement behavioral treatment plans and instructional plans utilizing ABA principles.
- Support clients during times of challenging behaviors through the implementation of the client's behavior support plan as developed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Partner with the Behavior Analyst to maintain ongoing communication with parents/caregivers regarding the client's progress and plan of care.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting preferred
- Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required
