About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient oncology setting.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients with cancer, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans to inform nursing interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, including progress notes and medication administration records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care outcomes.
Requirements
  • Nursing degree/diploma required upon hire.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year of current surgical nursing experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in strongly preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in an Oncology setting preferred.
