About the Role

As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team. Your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting physicians and other healthcare professionals with clinical procedures and tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical histories.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for patients and families.
  • Performing various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and handling phone calls.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or relevant experience.
  • CPR certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
