Job Overview:

As a Registered Nurse on our Observation Unit team in Hamburg, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a culture of clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement professional nursing practice centered on the patient as a whole person and create a caring environment focused on healing and wellness.
  • Coordinate, ensure, and provide direct patient care activities on the unit through provision of nursing rounds, assessments, and treatments.
  • Facilitate admission, transfer, and discharge activities, and provide patient and family-centered education.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.
  • Bachelor's or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
  • Applicants with an associate degree in nursing and less than 10 years of experience must enroll within 12 months of hire in a bachelor's degree program and must have achieved the degree within 5 years.
