Job Title: Hemodialysis Technician - Patient Care Specialist

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hemodialysis Technician - Patient Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced dialysis environment.

  • Provide personalized patient care and education on dialysis treatment options and procedures.
  • Conduct vital sign assessments and monitor patient responses to treatment.
  • Assist with hemodialysis machine setup and operation, ensuring accurate programming and calibration.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and timely communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Certification as a Dialysis Technician or related field (e.g., CNA, EMT) strongly preferred.
  • 1+ year experience in patient care or dialysis setting; training or internship accepted.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
