Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
- Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team, focusing on skill enhancement, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve process efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure effective resource allocation and cost management.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in improving maintenance performance and reducing costs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
