Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Culinary Director to join our team at StoryPoint, where we strive to make every minute of every day an exceptional moment. As a key member of our culinary and dining department, you will play a crucial role in delivering unparalleled resident satisfaction.

About the Role

  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of the culinary department, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality food services.
  • Directly supervise and develop a team of skilled cooks, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus, promote cross-functional engagement, and maintain top-notch quality control.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.

About You

  • You have a strong background in fine dining and possess experience in leading culinary teams, preferably in a senior living community setting.
  • You are committed to achieving 100% resident satisfaction through exceptional plate presentation, taste, and overall dining experience.
  • You can effectively communicate with residents, family members, and colleagues to address concerns and provide exceptional customer service.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of $70,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
