About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Resources Project Coordinator to join our team in Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a meaningful contribution to the growth and expansion of Woolpert's Water market.

Job Description:
  • Assist with technical delivery on Water Resource projects, including budgeting, planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Establish and improve levels of team technical competence, quality, and efficiency in Ohio.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with program directors, project managers, and senior market team members to solidify a project team in Ohio.
  2. Support various phases of water/wastewater/stormwater management projects from communication with clients to deliverable generation.
  3. Perform technical aspects of specified deliverables and/or lead teams in creating deliverables consistent with scope, schedule, and budget.
  4. Meet internal and external project deadlines.
  5. Implement clearly defined QA/QC measures.
  6. Communicate issues affecting project schedules, budgets, or quality and escalate unresolved issues to project manager, team leader, and/or discipline leader.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or environmental science program.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in water resource engineering.
  • Certified PE license in Ohio.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and ESRI software (preferred).
  • Familiarity with H&H modeling software (desirable).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interface effectively with vendors, clients, and other firm resources.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
