The UPS Store # 5512 is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Center Associate to deliver exceptional service to our retail customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing packages for courier shipment, operating various equipment and devices, and providing accurate information on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
  • Practice good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership
  • Take ownership of customer shipping needs and offer viable solutions
  • Learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
  • Operate equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and teach others
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • Outstanding phone skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
  • Prompt, reliable, and responsible
  • Able to lift 40+ pounds
