Job Title: Case Manager Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager Registered Nurse to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. As a Case Manager RN, you will play a critical role in coordinating continuity of care for patients and ensuring that the proper treatment is administered at the appropriate time.

Job Summary:

The Case Manager RN will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare organizations to promote self-managed care and the use of healthcare resources in the most cost-effective way possible. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate continuity of care for patients and families
  • Strive to promote self-managed care and the use of healthcare resources in the most cost-effective way possible
  • Ensure that the proper treatment is administered at the appropriate time
Requirements:
  • Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Case Manager setting
  • Active RN License
  • BLS Certifications
  • Degree from accredited nursing program
