Job Summary
The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, driving store profitability and meeting food cost goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and ownership.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and minimize waste.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage labor costs, and optimize store operations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with employees, providing coaching, feedback, and opportunities for growth and development.
- Implement effective communication and training programs to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and minimizing waste.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 35+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with POS systems, iPads, and technology-based tools.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a quarterly performance bonus and two signing bonuses after 30 and 90 days of employment.
