Body Shop Technician Opportunity

Germain Honda of Dublin is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team. As a Body Shop Technician, you will be responsible for determining and repairing damaged parts, communicating with the Body Shop Manager and parts department, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

Responsibilities:
• Determine and repair damaged parts
• Communicate status of repairs clearly to Body Shop Manager
• Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts
• Document all repairs performed
• Document all materials used
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste

Requirements:
• Previous experience required
• ICAR certification or will to pursue required
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Good communication/organizational skills
• Team oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work with little supervision
• Clean driving record
