We are seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to join our team at Rehrig Pacific Company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and driving business results.

**Estimated Salary:** $20-$25 per hour

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 2nd shift (Tuesday - Friday, 3:30pm to 2:00am) with great benefits after 30 days. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced, production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enforce all Safety policies, procedures, and behaviors to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Oversee production operations, coordinate activities of the shift production team, and ensure compliance with internal and external SOP's, policies, and processes relating to site operations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork, including documentation of shift's activities, production, trailers loaded/unloaded, accident reporting, etc.
  • Communicate effectively with and lead a diverse team, including customers, vendors, and business partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or comparable work-related experience.
  • Computer literate with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and web-based program familiarity.
  • Ability to operate a Forklift in a safe and efficient manner (training and certification available).
  • Effective written, verbal, and email communication skills. Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
