The Client Experience Manager will oversee the customer service team and daily operations, develop and implement customer service policies and procedures, handle escalated customer complaints and issues, and train and mentor customer service representatives. About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive estimated salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Client Experience Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities

The Client Experience Manager will be responsible for the following:



  • Oversight of the customer service team and daily operations
  • Development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
  • Handling escalated customer complaints and issues
  • Training and mentoring customer service representatives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
