At Maplecrest Ford Lincoln, we are a twenty-time winner of Ford's prestigious President's Award, recognized for our exceptional performance and commitment to excellence. We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Ambassador to join our team.

As a Sales Performance Ambassador, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to online leads, initiate outbound calls, and develop strong connections with customers via phone, email, and text.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base pay, you will also enjoy a range of benefits, including medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and a generous vacation plan.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. A solid understanding of Excel and strong organizational skills are also essential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to online leads and initiate outbound calls to customers
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and text communication
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for sales consultants
  • Initiate follow-up calls to promote sales, lease renewals, and other opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on technological changes in vehicles and industry trends

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service or sales desired
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
