We are seeking skilled Master Plumbers to join our team at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Cabot, AR. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing expert installations, service, repair, and replacement of plumbing systems, fixtures, and components. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will work closely with clients to diagnose and resolve water heating, plumbing, sewer, and fixture problems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing issues accurately and efficiently, suggesting corrective actions.
  • Repairing and installing all plumbing-related components.
  • Testing each aspect of the job to ensure everything is working properly.
  • Explaining services performed to clients and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collecting payment while on site.
  • Utilizing PO numbers for materials picked up at suppliers and providing accurate billing information.
  • Turning in parts receipts/packing slips with corresponding job numbers.
  • Implementing straightforward pricing on each call-out to meet job costing and margins.
  • Maintaining a clean work area, wearing floor savers, and treating clients' homes with respect and care.
  • Always keeping vehicles clean and performing preventive maintenance on time.
  • Maintaining a professional image and courteous demeanor with customers and associates.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience and complete knowledge of plumbing systems, project process, operations, and gas systems.
  • Ability to work independently and take the lead on assigned projects.
  • Journeyman & Master Plumbers typically operate their own truck, requiring a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Applicants must provide a plumbing license for the State of Arkansas or be able to transfer current licensing to the state.
  • Pass a background check and drug screening.
  • GED or Highschool Diploma.
  • High-level writing & oral communication skills and detail-minded reporting.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs regularly and access confined spaces.
