Behavioral Health Associate

As a Behavioral Health Associate at Acadia Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing patient care and support in a structured environment. Your duties will include assisting patients with daily living activities, ensuring their well-being, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee or assist patients with activities of daily living, including toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, meals, snacks, hydration, and changing bed linens.
- Ensure the well-being of patients and provide a positive, supportive, and structured environment.
- Conduct safety checks and document timely, accurate, and appropriate clinical information in patient's medical record.
- Assist in providing a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for patients, significant others, and staff.
