Patient Care Technician Float Position

DaVita is seeking a skilled Float Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team. As a PCT, you will provide direct patient care, monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and perform various technical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Perform various technical duties, such as setting up dialysis machines and recording patient statistics
- Work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) in a cross-functional team environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Desire to enter the healthcare field and care for others
- Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working around blood and needles
