Job Title: Maintenance Technician II

About the Job: We are seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Louisville, KY. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, responding to facility issues, and operating automated material handling equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Respond to emergency situations and perform maintenance repairs as needed.
  • Operate automated material handling equipment to move materials and supplies.

Requirements:

  • One or more years of experience in building and equipment maintenance.
  • Experience with Microsoft and CMMS programs.
  • Knowledge of safe work practices.
