Job Summary:
Guidehouse is seeking a Sustainability Research and Strategy Specialist to support the Defense and Security Segment (D&S) in providing strategic planning, business transformation, advanced data analytics, financial modeling, strategy, and training to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on a contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sustainability analyses and develop strategic frameworks and plans to identify programmatic enhancements to meet the agency's sustainability goals.
- Manage daily communications between internal and external stakeholders and lead the implementation of a sustainability strategy framework.
- Prepare for and lead/facilitate internal and external stakeholder discussions, client meetings, and briefings for executive leadership to inform sustainability policy ideation and implementation.
- Lead workstreams and manage multiple concurrent assignments while ensuring technical accuracy, adherence to standards, and timely delivery of all products.
- Prepare a wide range of high-quality briefing materials and concise summaries of complex studies, evaluations, and data analyses to communicate program effectiveness and progress to senior leaders.
Requirements:
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust.
- Bachelor's degree.
- EIGHT (8) or more years of experience related to sustainability strategy or climate change research or supply chain or circularity analyses or green energy and/or professional office experience.
