Responsibilities

  • Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment, ensuring timely interventions and optimal patient care.
  • Assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and provide individualized care plans tailored to their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, prioritizing patient-centered care and quality outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, treatments, and self-care measures, empowering them to take an active role in their health and well-being.

Requirements

  • Current RN license and BLS certification, demonstrating commitment to professional excellence and patient safety.
  • At least two years of recent experience in Telemetry care, showcasing expertise and confidence in managing complex cardiac conditions.
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills, enabling effective collaboration with the healthcare team and seamless patient care transitions.
