Radiology Professional for Small Hospital Setting

Key Responsibilities- Diagnostics and Imaging: Perform CT procedures, including routine and emergent imaging, using imaging equipment, accessories, and contrast agents to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Patient Care and Support: Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures, provide assistance with dress and preparation, and offer educational support regarding the imaging process.
- Record Keeping and Maintenance: Maintain patient, department, and hospital records (manual and computerized) and perform necessary clerical tasks. Order and stock supplies for the department.
- Equipment Quality Control: Perform quality control on equipment, including routine cleaning and preventative maintenance. Report any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
- Coverage and On-Call: Provide coverage for general Radiology procedures and be available for on-call shifts outside of normal hours as needed.
- Professional Certifications: Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required; ARRT-CT certification preferred.
- Licensure: Ohio Department of Health Radiologic License.
- Clinical Competency: Must obtain BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
- Salary: $31.94 per hour, based on experience.
- Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package, including a sign-on bonus.
- Work Schedule: Full-time, with 7 am – 7 pm shifts. Flexible options for 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays.
