At ProPetro Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our wireline division, you will play a critical role in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships.

We are looking for a results-driven professional with excellent communication and technical skills to develop and execute sales strategies with account managers and operations personnel. Your primary focus will be on answering technical questions from clients, providing expert advice and solutions, and ensuring accurate data distribution to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor wireline performance to stay informed of ongoing operations
  • Review failure and corrective action reports and effectively communicate findings to clients
  • Design and provide reports to clients as needed/requested
  • Offer expert advice and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Evaluate technical specifications and costs relating to product or process design objectives
  • Review job specifications and make recommendations for costs of goods based on customer objectives
  • Collaborate with operations and sales personnel to plan and evaluate new projects when necessary
  • Communicate regularly with operations and customers for information concerning upcoming jobs and to keep current on ongoing operations
  • Contribute to industry publications and present at professional conferences to maintain Silvertip's position as a leader in the industry
  • Review new technologies and collaborate with team to develop implementation plans and sales plans
  • Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilizing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, in an Engineering discipline preferred
  • Previous wireline engineer experience required
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience required
  • Experience in a sales position preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively interact with customers and personnel at all levels of the organization
  • Able to effectively communicate technical details
  • Highly collaborative, able to successfully work with a team to accomplish a common goal
  • Excellent time management skills: able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Flexible, can manage unexpected deadlines or work requirements
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to gather, interpret, and utilize relevant data
  • Proficient working in Microsoft Office 365 applications and can quickly learn other work-related systems
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive
  • Must be flexible and able to work remotely when necessary
  • Must be willing to answer calls after hours and on the weekends as necessary
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
