Salary
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a RN, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of medical care to our clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. You will also educate staff to understand individual medical needs, implement health promotion and prevention practices, manage acute and chronic illnesses, and attain optimal levels of functioning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Degree in Nursing, NJ State Nursing License
* Minimum two years in successful nursing practice, certified American Red Cross FA and CPR trainer preferred
* Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective communication and interpersonal relationships with members of the interdisciplinary team, clients, families, visitors, and staff
* Previous experience treating people with developmental disabilities preferred
* Must have a driver's license, which is valid in the State of New Jersey, and be able to use agency vehicles when traveling to various locations to conduct agency business
* Knowledge of and proficiency with computer programs required
