Resident Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Services Manager to join our team at Quarterra Group. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring a smooth and efficient living experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Community Manager in overseeing resident services and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the onsite supervisor in the absence of the Community Manager, delegating tasks and coordinating maintenance and make-ready activities.
- Manage resident communications, responding to complaints and questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and monitor performance management reports to measure renewal rates, resident satisfaction, and other key community metrics.
- Collaborate with the Community Financial Specialist to follow company procedures related to evictions and resident move-outs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to deescalate and resolve resident complaints and issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred.
